Field Trips and Day Parties
Plan your next school, daycare, or organization field trip to Skate King. Roller-skating is a great way to reward student success; and we offer great group discounts. A field trip to the rink introduces individuals to the sport of skating, creating new experiences for many. You just pay us for the rink rental and any skate rental fees.

Our Facility:
Skate King Roller Rink is located at 2700 Kienlen Ave in Pine Lawn, MO 63121. The Skate King facility is capable of accommodating approximately one thousand (1,000) persons.
Facility Availability:
Skate King is available for day party rental weekdays from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.
Skate King Rink Rental Fee:
The rink rental for field trips is based on attendance and the number of hours for the trip. Call (314) 382-1166 for rink rental fees and rates.
A specific date can be secured by calling 314-382-1166 weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM and booking along with the quoted rental fees.
Rental skates are available are $2.00 per person during your event.
Additional Services:
Our concession stand will be open during the event.
Special Notes:
You may bring in lunch for your group.
Before your event, we ask that you please let all staff, chaperons and students know that there are no hats or chewing gum allowed in the skate center.
Skate King reserves the right to limit or control admission levels for patron and staff safety.
In the event of a need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. There is a $75 fee for failure to communicate a cancellation 24 hours before your event.
Private Party Rink Rental
Skate King Roller Rink is located at 2700 Kienlen Ave in Pine Lawn, MO 63121. The Skate King facility is capable of accommodating approximately one thousand (1,000) persons.
Skate King is available for rental on Saturday evenings from 7:00PM until 10:00PM (All Ages).
The base cost of the rink rental is $600.00. There is a mandatory charge of $75.00 for one (1) security officer which is included in the rink rental fee. This rink rental includes admission for up to 80 people. After your first 80 guests, a $7.50 surcharge will be charged for each additional person who enters the skating center.
Fundraiser Rink Rental
Having a fundraiser at Skate King is a great way to make some money for your organization. You just pay us for the rink rental and then you are free to charge the customers what you like.
FUNDRAISERS ARE FOR ACTIVE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY. Your organization must have a copy of its 501(c)3 certification from the Internal Revenue Service on file with Skate King before your event may be booked.

Note: Private parties are not fundraisers. Unless it is a fundraiser, you may not use a rink rental to charge a fee for admission whether it’s at the door or advance ticket sales or any other means.

Skate King Rink Rental Fee:
The base cost of the rink rental is $600.00 and is due at time of booking. There is a mandatory charge of $75.00 for one (1) security officer which is included in the rink rental fee. This rink rental includes admission for up to 80 people. After your first 100 guests, a $5.50 surcharge will be charged for each additional person to enter the skating center.
A specific date can only be secured with the $600 rink rental fee. Any other additional charges are due on the date of the event before it is scheduled to begin.
Rental skates are available are $2.00 per person during your event. Your invitation or flyer, if any, should clearly state the skate rental fee is $2.00. Conversely, your organization may decide to include the skate rental fee in your admission price.
Additional Services:
D.J. Services is available for your event for an additional charge.
Additional security is available for $75.00 per security monitor requested.
Our concession stand will be open during the event and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR LEASE..
Promotion:
To allow for adequate promotion of your event, reservations should be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of your event.
The most profitable fundraisers sell ticket in advance.
Your organization determines your event’s ticket price.
The ticket should clearly state whether skate rental is included or excluded.
Your organizations should utilize flyers, social media, email blast, radio, or any other means to promote your skating fundraiser.
Special Notes:
You MAY NOT charge a fee for admission to your party whether it’s at the door or away from the skate center for private parties.
You reserve the right to have an invitation only event or open to the public subject to age restrictions and facility capacity.
Skate King reserves the right to limit or control admission levels for patron and staff safety.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES GIVES SKATE KING MANAGEMENT THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT AND RETAIN THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
Party Room Rental Information
Skate King Skate Center is a roller skating rink located at 2700 Kienlen Ave in Pine Lawn, MO 63121. The Skate Center has 5 party rooms that can hold 8-12 people for a small party. The party rooms are sectionable and may be combined for larger parties.
Facility Availability:
Party rooms may be rented during the 1:00PM to 4:00PM Sessions on Saturdays and Sundays only. No exceptions.
Skate King Party Room Rental Fee:
4. Skate rental is included (first come, first served).
5. Please do not bring glass items into the skate center.
6 . Please use plastic forks/spoons plastic knives for serving food and cake.
7 . No food burners or open flames allowed into the skate center.
9 . Please do not put tape on the party room windows.
10. The skate center does not have storage for drinks or ice cream. (Coolers are recommended for holding such items)
11. Silly string, confetti, and bubbles are not allowed.
12. Parties are required to begin wrapping/cleaning up party room at 3:30PM -- 30 minutes prior to the end of the session.
